Aseptika Limited began developing Activ8rlives in 2010 and is currently developing its third generation of integrated systems, which can be used by consumers and their healthcare service providers using a wide range of platforms or devices to better enable effective and easy self-monitoring. Incorporating sensors and monitors ranging from consumer accessories to in vitro diagnostics (IVDs), the systems currently focus on respiratory and cardiovascular disease, diabetes, cancer, promoting physical activity and weight management.

Digital Health Marketing Manager, St Ives (Cambridgeshire)

£35,000 basic, OTE £45,000 – no cap on commission.

Digital Health Marketing Managers: we’re currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning medical consumer business in Cambridgeshire. If you have 3 years’ experience in a strategic digital marketing role and are passionate about all things digital health, then we want to hear from you!

Activ8rlives is a well-established brand, recognised as being technical leaders in digital health solutions for both consumers and to local authorities and the NHS.

We are now searching for someone with the passion and drive to take our digital marketing strategy to the next level. With a proven track record delivery hugely successful digital marketing campaigns for a consumer brands, you will be confident devising digital strategies to drive sales through both ecommerce and traditional channels. This is a hands-on and broad role, covering social media management, driving SEO strategy, implementing and managing PPC campaigns, executing email marketing campaigns and strategy and analysing and evaluating all digital campaigns. This role will see you as the go-to person for all things digital in the business, so a natural passion and aptitude for digital marketing is a must, as well as the ability to influence key stakeholders in the business.

As Digital Health Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic direction of all digital marketing. Your first role will be to come in and assess the current digital marketing strategy, identify any opportunities for growth and devise an extensive digital marketing strategy for the business moving forward. You’ll need exceptional communication and influencing skills, to be able to motivate the whole team to get behind your vision for the business and to drive the strategy forward. You will not only devise the strategy, but implement, manage and evaluate all digital marketing campaigns.

To ensure all digital marketing campaigns are fully optimised, you will analyse and assess all campaigns as they progress, making changes where needed to ensure that all target customers are reached. You will manage the company’s web presence to ensure that all content is optimised, not only for SEO purposes, but to ensure the customer journey is seamless, engaging and interactive.

With strong commercial acumen and previous experience managing budgets, you will be responsible for ensuring the company receives maximum ROI for all digital marketing output. You will be the key driving force for digital marketing in the business, project managing all digital marketing campaigns and leading on digital marketing activity.

Due to the location of our offices in Cambridgeshire, this role is commutable from Huntingdon, St Ives, St Neots, Peterborough, Ramsey, Cambridge, Stamford, Kettering, Corby, March, Ely, Papworth, Wisbech and Whittlesey.

  • Experience of Google Analytics and similar reporting tools.
  • Good customer relationship management skills and ability to put your customers first.
  • Experience of working within a similar technology or healthcare environment would be helpful.
  • Post graduate diploma in digital marketing or similar digital qualification would demonstrate your commitment to sales.
